19-year-old Kerry Welsh of Glendora died Sunday after being t-boned in her vehicle the previous night when another vehicle flew through a stop sign and hit her car.
Kerry Welsh was headed to a friend’s home to pick up her little sister from a birthday party when her vehicle was struck. The crash took place at the intersection of Vine and Hollenbeck avenues in West Covina. Welsh was taken to a nearby hospital where she died from her injuries.
