Southeast San Clemente is one of the most peaceful, pleasant, and serene neighborhoods in the San Clemente, California area. The area has a very high standard of living and residents are able to enjoy a wide range of services and conveniences. In addition, the neighborhood has been consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in California.

Southeast San Clemente is located in the southeastern portion of San Clemente, California. The neighborhood is bordered by Interstate 5, El Camino Real and Avenida Pico. It consists of 1,300 single-family homes with a population of around 6,000 residents. Several parks can be found in this neighborhood including San Clemente High School park, Lake Catherine, and Gilbert Carrasco Park. The top-rated schools within the area include San Clemente Elementary School and Laguna Canyon Elementary School.

The history of the neighborhood can be traced back to 1956 when the land was used for ranching purposes. Afterward, it was developed into a residential community on July 25, 1962. A number of local events are held in Southeast San Clemente such as Cherry Blossom Festival and Autumnfest.

Southeast San Clemente is a residential neighborhood in the city of San Clemente. Bordered by Del Obispo and Camino Capistrano, it is a charming area with homes built in the 1940s and 1950s. Residents enjoy views of the surrounding hills and close proximity to town amenities.

Tucked into the southeast corner of San Clemente, Southeast San Clemente is a low-density neighborhood of single-family homes built in the 1940s and 1950s overlooking Mission Viejo and Dana Point. Homes are predominantly one and two-bedroom single-story houses with mid-century style architecture. Most homes have been remodeled or updated by their owners, giving this area a unique character all its own.

Southeast San Clemente is bordered to the north by Camino Capistrano and to the south by Del Obispo Street, which is lined with tall eucalyptus trees. This residential area also contains one neighborhood park with play equipment for children as well as basketball courts and open spaces that are maintained by residents.

Located one block south of the San Clemente Pier, this oceanfront community is the perfect place to call home. This desirable location offers the ultimate in coastal living with the picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and San Clemente Island.

Tucked away between the San Diego Creek Estuary and Del Mar Beach, this charming neighborhood is just a short distance from the town center, which offers a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Southeast San Clemente is convenient to many area attractions, such as Dana Point Harbor, Mission San Juan Capistrano, and South Coast Plaza. The moderate climate offers a variety of outdoor activities for residents including surfing, swimming, kayaking, sailing, and biking along miles of scenic beach paths.
