City Center

The City Center is a beautiful ocean-side community located near San Clemente, CA. It is surrounded by miles of pristine beaches to the north, south, and west and by rolling hills to the east. The city features year-round mild weather, a quaint downtown area, upscale housing, many fine restaurants, and shopping centers, a variety of medical facilities, numerous parks including miles of walkways along the beach, and a marina.

The City of San Clemente offers nine public parks; four general plan elements that promote a variety of residential densities and housing types; high-quality schools; and low crime.

The City is strategically located near major job centers such as Irvine, Newport Beach, and Los Angeles. It is also served by Interstate 5 which connects it with major areas in Southern California.

Anchored by the Cove Shopping Center on its southern border, San Clemente has been ranked among the top ten best places to live in Orange County for several years. In addition to its numerous upscale dining opportunities, shopping amenities include: South Coast Plaza (one of Southern California's premier shopping destinations); Fashion Island (featuring Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, and Macy's); and the newly remodeled South Coast Plaza Village.

San Clemente is a city in Orange County, California. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 63,433. The city was founded in 1958 and is known for its oceanside location. It has a small downtown area with restaurants, shops, and several hotels, and it shares a border with San Onofre State Beach. The northern part of the city is very rural.

Costa Mesa offers many outdoor activities for those who enjoy being outside such as surfing, biking, and walking.

Costa Mesa has several museums that are worth visiting including the Orange County Museum of Art and the Discovery Science Center.
